All Cibol bathware products are made of vitreous china with thick ceramic glazing and conform to all relevant Australian Standards. Our ceramics glaze thickness are between 0.6-0.8mm compared to industry norm of only 0.3mm. In addition, in our ceramic products, the mineral powder content exceed 80% of total glaze composition while the industry average is only 50%.
Our products are fired at oven temperature of over 1200°Celcius rather than at 800-1100°C. As a result, our products are hard wearing and durable, easy to clean, have low porosity (less than 5% water absorption rate) and have a smooth glossy finish.

All our Cibol products are covered by a 2 year limited warranty. In addition, our Cibol exclusive Customer Care Program offers an extended warranty of up to 5 years.
